Swim, Sports & Play: Pre-K/Youth Sports
Tae Kwon Do
Our Tae Kwon Do classes are for anyone age 6-adult. Classes meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:00 PM. Students may join at any time.
Classes consist of a cardio workout focusing on kicks and punches, real-life self defense and sparring. Class is set in a disciplined and respect demanded environment. Improve hand-eye coordination, balance, memory and self respect. Participants also have the option to travel to competitions and test for belts. Come, join us and make new friends and gain self confidence!
Yoga for Kids
Play, dance and sing while learning yoga postures created just for kids. Come and see how fun exercise can be! Check facility for schedule.
Jump & Wiggle
Youngsters ages 3-5 years will develop coordination through games and exercise. Jump like a bunny, stomp like an elephant and creep like a bug! Then go through an obstacle course and walk the balance beam. We have so much fun! Classes meet Tuesday evenings.
Kinder Soccer
In this program, children ages 3-5 years will learn the fundamentals of soccer while playing games and having fun. Warm-ups, stretches and ball handling skills are all incorporated. Dribbling, trapping, passing and scoring are all taught and practiced each week. Listening skills and following directions are also re-enforced.
Kinder Gym
Youngsters ages 3-5 will get lots of exercise playing different games each week. Start off each week with muscle warm-ups and some silly stretches. Then we’ll play games like beach ball soccer, builders and bulldozers, the color game, Simon Says and much more. Children will develop large motor skills, gain coordination as well as social skills in this fun program.
