Children must be 18 months of age and older. Arrangements
should be made 24 hours in advance. No show fee $5.00 per child. Must
cancel sitting 2 hours in advance.

WALKING
Low impact walking-based movements
done to hit music. This indoor walk adds up to 2 1/2-4 miles of walking
depending on length of class. Works all muscle groups. The more muscle
you use, the more fat you will burn. Class can be done by any age and
fitness level. 1-2 pound weights may be added to increase workout.
