The Mon Valley YMCA is proud to announce
that it is the home of the first "Virtual Gym" in Pennsylvania!
This is a newly renovated area housing interactive equipment. This
computerized equipment will appeal to a new generation of youth that
find video screens the norm. The "V-Gym" is open now and ready for you to
have a virtual experience!!
The V-Gym is available for birthday
parties and special gatherings.

The Virtual Gym breaks new ground in our approach to exercise
and conditioning.
It counters traditional methods on exercise by using a format that the younger
generation has grown up with....video technology.
Video games are here to stay so why not use them to counter some of the problems
they've helped to create?
The Virtual Gym will help get the less motivated or weight challenged kids
moving in the right direction.
It will also be a tool to improve athletic performance.
Oh, and did we mention.....IT WORKS FOR ADULTS TOO!!!
