Zumba**-
Zumba utilizes the principals of fitness interval training and resistance
training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It
is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
There is an additional charge for this class.

Ab Strength - Build support for the spine by strengthening the abdominal
muscles and lower back while improving balance, agility,
coordination and
posture
Basic Step- A class geared
to those new to step as well as those who enjoy simple choreography to elevate
the heart rate
and burn calories.
Basic Training- Join former Marine, Lee Pozviak for this military style basic training workout! Group meets in the gymnasium Monday and Wednesdays 6:00PM.
Breathe - A YOGA class with ChiGong to warm up and oxygenate the muscles
facilitating the stretch, and Pilates to strengthen
the abdominals and lower
back which stabilize the spine.

Cardio Circuit (SilverSneakers Level II) - Non-impact aerobic activity alternated with strength training.
Cardio Combo- Low impact and step aerobics
for endurance, resistance training for strength and stretching for
flexibility are combined to address all the components of fitness.
Cyclone Cycling - A group cycle class designed to motivate participant to
increase cardiovascular
endurance and burn calories.
Kick Butt- Target your buttocks, hips and thighs with strength training and burn calories with kick boxing moves.
Muscles in Motion
(M in M) - Full body strength workout designed to
increase muscle density, improve muscle appearance
and enhance your metabolism.
Incorporates our new barbells to progress our strength and endurance.

Muscular Strength and Range of Motion (SilverSneakers Level I) -
Exercises designed to increase strength,
R.O.M and activity for daily living
skills.
Strength Training Progression (STP)- This class teaches basic strength training exercises and encourages participants to chart their own progress in order to continually gain strength and rev up metabolism.
Strut- Music inspires the moves in this dance-based, easy to follow cardio workout. let yourself be carried away by Latin Rhythms, Country Crooning, Rock n Roll, World Beats , rhythm and Blues, Disco and Pop classics
Yoga Stretch- Create harmony of movement for the whole body with these seated and standing poses in combination with restorative breathing exercises. A Yoga class for every body offering safe and effective options to increase flexibility and balance to improve each individual's sense of well being.
Zumba Gold**- This class is specifically designed to take the exciting Latin and International dance rhythms of Zumba to beginner participants and active older adults.
